These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Say Less Office (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Plans, billing, and the free tier

• Your first 60 posts are free, with no time limit and no credit card required.
• The Pro plan costs $5 per client per month (billed annually) or $6 per client per month (billed monthly).
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled (see "Refunds, cancellations, and disputes" below).
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Service.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Say Less Office is a digital subscription service. We do not sell physical goods, so no shipping or return policy applies.

• Try before you pay. Because your first 60 posts are free with no time limit and no card required, you can fully evaluate Say Less Office before any charge. For that reason, paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime, in two clicks, from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Requesting a refund. If you believe you are owed a refund, email hello@saylessoffice.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. We review every request and issue a refund where the law requires it or otherwise at our discretion.
• Disputes. Payments, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. If a charge looks wrong, please contact us first at hello@saylessoffice.com — most issues are resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute.

Promotional offers

From time to time we may run promotions, including the free allowance of your first 60 posts. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise: the free allowance is limited to 60 posts per account, has no time limit, and requires no payment card; offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers; and we may change or withdraw any promotion at any time on a forward-looking basis, without affecting posts you have already used. Where the terms shown with a specific promotion conflict with this section, those terms control.

Legal and export restrictions

You may use the Service only where it is lawful to do so. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes, or by anyone on a government restricted-party or denied-persons list. By using the Service you confirm that you are not subject to these restrictions and that you will comply with all applicable export, import, sanctions, and data-protection laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or gain unauthorized access to it.
• Resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Say Less Office is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
